Randy — Parts Manager & Service Writer

Randy has been helping customers find the right parts since 1979. With decades of hands-on experience, he knows older Allis-Chalmers equipment inside and out and stays up to date with the latest AGCO models. Ferris mowers are also one of his specialties.

Randy takes pride in taking care of customers and keeping our parts department running smoothly. From orders and returns to warranties and inventory, he handles it all with care and attention to detail. And when the occasion calls for it, Randy can be a pretty darn good salesman too.

Chris — Parts & Service Writer

Chris brings a wealth of Grasshopper mower knowledge to our counter. With years of experience working with small engine parts, he’s the go-to guy for helping customers find exactly what they need.

These days, Chris handles much of our small engine service writing and parts coordination, making sure every repair runs smoothly from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help — Chris keeps our customers and their equipment running strong.

Michael Don — Owner / Service Technician

As an owner of the company, Michael Don sets the standard for quality service and customer care. With decades of hands-on experience, he brings exceptional skill and dedication to every job. He’s especially knowledgeable with Cummins engines and has a real knack for electrical and wiring work.

Michael Don also has extensive experience with generators and spends much of his time on the service truck, making sure customers’ equipment is running its best. It’s been said he can fix just about anything — and it’s easy to see why. His genuine care for customers and pride in the products we sell make him one of the best in the business.
